His Game, Her Rules (The Warriors) - Charlene Groome

given an opportunity of a lifetime to be a temporary skating coach for the Warriors Hockey Team.  Even though she is more than qualified for the job, she is going to have some obstacles to overcome; Among them, controlling the advances of hockey star, Ty Caldwell.

I appreciated that Eileen is a successful female hockey player.  I think it was great that she was given an opportunity to be a skating coach for the Warriors organization.  She had the right personality for the job dealing with a team of male professional athletes whom she needed to prove her credentials too.

I liked Ty’s persistence. He is a strong alpha male who goes after what he wants.  He is a caring individual who can admit when he is wrong.

Charlene Groome did a great job describing the hockey scene.  It was obvious that she played the sport herself from the passion in her writing.

I enjoyed the plot.  There are multiple things going on that kept me interested in the story and invested in the characters.  The characters grow in the novel overcoming both personal and professional issues.  The story is well-written and extremely believable.

I look forward to continuing reading this series.  The next book, Cold As Ice, is scheduled to release in December 2014.
